Crystal being my doula was an amazing experience, her encouraging words helped me so much even before going into labor. Her calming words as I was pushing was exactly what I needed. Even after the baby she’s been here to help every step of the way with all my questions and concerns. She's simply amazing and I’d recommend her to any and everybody.

I met Crystal in week 25 of my pregnancy and I really wished I’d gotten Crystal as my doula the moment I found out I was pregnant. As a first time mom, I was oblivious about all things pregnancy, Crystal provided me with the information and patience that I needed and she was non judgmental while doing it. Throughout the entire journey, Crystal kept me inspired and informed. From the point where I realized I was in labor to my delivery and after, Crystal was all hands on deck and I loved that about her and the service she provided. If it weren’t for Crystal being by my side I doubt I would have been as brave as I was to breathe through my contractions, do most of my labor at home, arrive at the hospital at 7cm dilated and deliver my baby naturally without epidural. My birthing experience was calm and joyous and that’s all thanks to Crystal celebrating every milestone (water breaking, 7cm dilation, 10cm dilation, pushing time and the baby arrival). For people on the fence about getting a doula. I strongly recommend you just do it. Get one, get a doula, get Crystal.

Crystal was an integral part of my pregnancy journey. We are so incredibly thankful for all of her support leading up to labor and during labor. I honestly couldn't imagine my birth experience without Crystal by our side! From the very beginning Crystal was not only a listening ear but a proactive and organized guide for my husband and I. Her calming nature came through not only in her voice during meetings but in her weekly emails, affirmations and wealth of information and resources. As first time parents with no family in the area, she quickly felt like a family member supporting both of us. She tended to both the needs of myself and my husband and empowered us with information to ensure we crafted our own birth experience. One of the things I loved most about Crystal was her willingness to always look into something for us if we had questions or provide us with an expert if something was not her speciality. From birth education classes, massages, lactation consultants, and baby wearing, Crystal always provided us with an answer.
