Prenatal Support
Your birth, your way.
Pregnancy is full of questions, decisions, and emotions. I work alongside you during this time to help you feel informed, prepared, and confident as your due date approaches. Together, we'll build a birth plan that reflects your values and wishes, so that when the moment arrives, you're ready.
Get in touch- Discuss and develop a birth plan to be communicated to your care providers
- Provide emotional support to you and your partner
- Provide tips for preparing for birth and referrals as needed
- Provide educational resources about the different stages of labor
Labor Support

Labor is one of the most powerful experiences of your life. I'll be with you through every contraction, every decision, and every moment of doubt; providing hands-on comfort, calm guidance, and an unwavering presence so you never feel alone in that room.

Postpartum Support
Cheering you on.
The hours after birth are sacred. I stay present with you and your baby to ensure your first moments together are supported, nourished, and calm. Whether it's your first feeding or just having someone there who cares. I'm not going anywhere until you feel settled.

- Support with first feeding
- Provide basic in-person lactation support
- Provide postpartum and lactation referrals if applicable
